How to Get Here

1. Look at the sidebar on the left side of the screen.
2. Under the second group ("Herramientas de Negocio"), click "Procesos".
3. The business profile wizard loads in the main area.

You can also get here by clicking "Ensenar a Blossom" on the dashboard.

What You'll See

This is a multi-section wizard where you fill in information about your business. The screen has three main areas:

• Left side: A vertical list of section names you can click to jump between sections. Each section shows a checkmark if it is complete.
• Center: The active section with a heading, description, and form fields.
• Bottom: Navigation buttons ("Anterior", "Continuar", "Completar") and a completion meter.

Welcome Screen (First Visit Only)

If this is your first time, you will see a welcome screen before the sections:

• Title: "Bienvenido a PurpleBlossom.ai"
• Introduction text explaining why business information is needed
• A video section: "Un Mensaje de Brian (CTO/Fundador)"
• Video description: "Video de 4 minutos sobre confianza, seguridad de datos y como funciona mejor la IA"
• Four bullet points explaining the video content
• Checkbox: "Ya lo he visto antes / Saltar a configuracion de perfil"

Story Gathering (Section 1)

Before the regular form sections, there is a story gathering experience:

• Title: "Empecemos con TU historia."
• Subtitle explaining why your story matters
• Three options for how to share:

- "Platicame" -- Record your thoughts

- "Lo Escribo" -- Write freely

- "Guiame" -- Guided interview

• Skip option: "Por ahora paso -- vuelvo despues"
• Teaching card: "Por que tu historia importa"
• Example output preview with labels (Cita clave, Temas, Emociones, Declaracion de mision)

These appear in the left panel. Click each one to jump to that section:

Section Help Descriptions

When you enter certain sections, a help description appears at the top. Check these:

• Tu Negocio: "Esta informacion nos ayuda a entender tu modelo de negocio y objetivos."
• Tus Clientes: "Entender a tus clientes nos ayuda a crear campanas dirigidas y relevantes."
• El Viaje de tu Cliente: "Conocer tu proceso de ventas nos ayuda a programar seguimientos perfectamente."
• Tu Estilo de Comunicacion: "Esto asegura que todo el contenido generado por IA suene como TU."
• Actualizacion Mensual: "Rastrea tu rendimiento mensual para ver tendencias en tu Panel de Control..."

Form Fields

Each section contains form fields with:

• Labels (the name of the field)
• Placeholder text (gray text inside empty fields showing an example)
• Help text (small text below the field explaining what to enter)
• Dropdown options (if the field is a dropdown, click it to see the list of options)

Check that all labels, placeholders, help text, and dropdown options are in Spanish.

Completion Meter

• "Perfil Completado" with a percentage
• "Efectividad de IA" with a percentage
• Status messages:

- "Comenzando -- completa campos requeridos para activar el Panel de Control"

- "Minimo Completo -- Panel de Control Activo"

- "Perfil Fuerte -- IA Funcionando Bien"

- "Perfil Completo -- Maxima Efectividad de IA"

Completion Celebration

When all sections are complete:

• "Perfil Completado!"
• Message about AI being ready
• "Perfil Completo" / "Efectividad de IA" labels
• Buttons: "Comenzar a Crear Campanas", "Ver Panel de Control"

Story Gathering Prompts

The guided interview ("Guiame" mode) asks questions one at a time:

• "Cuentame de tu familia y de donde vienes. Como influyo eso en tu negocio?"
• "Que necesidad viste en tu comunidad que nadie estaba resolviendo?"
• "Como fue esa conversacion con tu familia cuando decidiste empezar?"
• "Cuentame del momento en que supiste que esto iba a funcionar."
• "Quienes creyeron en ti desde el principio? Quien te echo la mano?"
• "Que le dirias a alguien de tu comunidad que esta pensando en emprender?"

Story Word Count Feedback

As you write or speak, feedback messages appear:

• "Apenas comienzas -- tomate tu tiempo."
• "Bien -- estas encontrando tu voz."
• "Excelente material. Sigue si quieres, o guarda cuando estes listo."
• "Tienes una verdadera historia aqui. A Blossom le va a encantar trabajar con esto."

Notification Toasts

• On save: "Metricas mensuales guardadas exitosamente!"
• On error: "Error al guardar metricas mensuales. Intenta de nuevo."

Common Issues to Watch For

• Section names cut off: Some Spanish section names are longer than English (for example, "Tu Experiencia e Historia"). Check that they fit in the left navigation panel without being cut off.
• Form placeholder text: Placeholder text (the gray example text inside empty fields) tends to be longer in Spanish. Make sure it is fully visible.
• Dropdown options: Open every dropdown and scroll through all options. Missing translations in dropdowns are common because there are many options.
• Validation messages: Try leaving required fields empty and clicking "Continuar" to check that error messages appear in Spanish, not English.
• Story gathering tone: The story gathering questions are written in a warm, conversational Mexican Spanish tone. Check that they sound natural -- they should feel like a friend asking, not a formal questionnaire.
• Accented characters: Words like "Comunicacion", "Planificacion", "Posicion" need accent marks in proper Spanish (Comunicacion, etc.). Check that accents display correctly.
• Step counter: The "Paso X de Y" text in story gathering should show numbers correctly.
• Save notifications: After filling in a section and moving to the next, a brief green notification may appear. Check that it is in Spanish.
• Welcome video section: The bullet points about the video should be fully in Spanish.
• Help text below fields: Small descriptive text under form fields is easy to miss. Scroll through each section carefully.
