How to Get Here

The sidebar and header are always visible on every screen. You do not need to navigate anywhere special -- they appear as soon as you log in.

• Sidebar: The panel on the left side of the screen.
• Header: The bar across the top of the screen.
• Command Palette: Press Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on Mac) to open it.

What You'll See

Sidebar (Left Panel)

The sidebar is organized into three groups, each with a group heading:

1. Flujo de Trabajo Diario (Daily Workflow)

- Panel de Control -- Tu negocio de un vistazo

- Centro de IA -- Insights y acciones inteligentes

- Campanas -- Crear y gestionar

1. Herramientas de Negocio (Business Tools)

- Procesos -- Perfil del negocio

Each sidebar item shows:

• An icon on the left
• The item name (large text)
• A subtitle below the name (smaller text)
• Sometimes a badge (a small circle or label showing a number or the word "Nuevo")
• Sometimes a progress bar (for example, on "Procesos" showing how much of your profile is complete)
• A keyboard shortcut hint on the right side (small gray text)

Header (Top Bar)

From left to right:

• Brand name: PurpleBlossom.ai
• Tagline: "El Motor de Ventas Inteligente"
• Search hint: "Presiona Cmd+K" (small text)
• Audio controls: speaker icon and microphone icon
• Notification bell icon
• User name (clicking it opens a dropdown menu)

Command Palette (Popup)

A search box that appears in the center of the screen when you press Ctrl+K. It shows a list of commands you can search through.

Sidebar Group Headings

• "Flujo de Trabajo Diario"
• "Herramientas de Negocio"
• "Recursos"

Sidebar Item Names and Subtitles

Check that every item in the sidebar has both its name and subtitle translated. None should appear in English.

Sidebar Progress Bar

• The word "completo" should appear next to the percentage (for example, "65% completo")

Sidebar Keyboard Shortcut Hints

• The hint text format: "Presiona {{key}} para abrir" (for example, "Presiona 1 para abrir")

Header Brand

• Tagline: "El Motor de Ventas Inteligente"

Header Search Hint

• "Presiona Cmd+K" (or "Ctrl+K" depending on the computer)

Notification Panel (Click the bell icon)

• Title: "Notificaciones"
• Link text: "Marcar todo como leido"
• Empty message: "Sin notificaciones nuevas"
• Bottom link: "Ver todas las notificaciones"

User Menu (Click your name in the top right)

• Greeting: "Hola, [your name]"
• "Configuracion"

Common Issues to Watch For

• Mixed languages in the sidebar: Sometimes a new item gets added but the translation is missing, so it shows in English while everything else is in Spanish.
• Truncated subtitles: Spanish text is often longer than English. Check that subtitle text is not cut off, especially on items like "Insights y acciones inteligentes."
• Badge text: The word "Nuevo" on badges -- make sure it is not showing "New" in English.
• Keyboard shortcut hints: The format "Presiona {{key}} para abrir" might show the raw template text (with curly braces) instead of the actual key if something is broken.
• Notification bell count: If there is a number on the bell icon, make sure it uses the correct format (not "1 new notification" in English).
• Command Palette commands: The command names and category headings inside the palette may not be translated yet. Note any English text you find.
• Logout confirmation: The confirmation message should be fully in Spanish.
• Audio feedback messages: When you click the speaker or microphone icons, brief messages like "Audio activado" or "Audio desactivado" may appear -- check these too.
