Common Issues to Watch For

  1. Brand names appearing translated -- Tool names (SignetWare, PlanWare, IdentityWare, EmailWare, LandingWare) should stay in English. Only their descriptions should be translated.
  1. Maturity stage names -- Check whether "Seed", "Sprout", "Bloom", "Flourish" are being translated or kept in English. Both could be correct depending on the design decision, but they should be consistent everywhere.
  1. Status labels inconsistent -- Words like "Beta", "Released", "Draft", "Published" appear across many tools. Make sure the same English word is always translated the same way in Spanish.
  1. Long Spanish text overflowing -- Spanish text is often 20-30% longer than English. Check that:

- Button text fits inside buttons

- Status badges are not cut off

- Card descriptions do not overflow their containers

- Tab labels fit in the tab bar

  1. AI-generated content still in English -- When AI generates text (PlanWare insights, EmailWare emails, SignetWare suggestions), check if the generated content is in Spanish or still in English.
  1. Date and number formats -- Dates should use day/month/year format. Numbers should use the correct decimal separator for Spanish.
  1. Mixed languages in a single screen -- Some text translated, some not. Every piece of UI text should be in Spanish except brand names and proper nouns.
  1. PlanWare Auto-Pilot feature names -- "Smart Rescheduling", "Risk Escalation", etc. should sound natural in Spanish, not like a word-for-word translation.
  1. Empty states -- When a list has no items (no projects, no templates, no pages), the placeholder message should be in Spanish.
  1. Placeholder text in form fields -- The gray hint text inside text fields should also be translated.
