Welcome
Blossom is an AI-powered growth platform for solopreneurs. The Blossom
Mobile Viewer is a phone-first companion app that lets solopreneurs
monitor their campaigns, learn on the go, and get support — all from their
phone. It is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that can be installed to the home screen
and works like a native app.
As a Mobile Tester, you'll verify that the app works correctly
on real phones. Your feedback on touch targets, readability, audio playback,
and overall feel is critical — desktop emulators can't catch everything.

Step 1: Log In
Open the URL above on your phone's browser. You'll be redirected to the login
page. Enter your credentials. After login you'll see the Blossom mobile app
with a bottom navigation bar (Home, Learn, Campaigns, Support).
Step 2: Install the App
Android (Chrome)
Tap the menu (three dots) → "Add to Home Screen" → "Install".
The Blossom icon appears on your home screen.
iPhone (Safari)
Tap the share icon (square with arrow) → scroll down →
"Add to Home Screen" → "Add".
Why Install?
After installing, the app opens without browser chrome (no address bar). This is
the intended experience. Push notifications also require installation on iOS.

to test campaign creation or business profile editing — those stay on desktop.

Test Checklist: Learning (Watch Mode)
Watch Mode is the default — content shows on screen like a normal reader.
- Browse view shows: Continue section, Learning Path with progress rings, Recommendations
- Media type badges appear on unit cards (T = text, play = video, note = audio, ? = quiz)
- Player shows mode toggle (Watch / Listen) at top — Watch is active
- Text blocks render with readable text (not tiny)
- Video blocks play inline with controls
- Quiz blocks show answer cards — tapping gives correct/incorrect feedback + vibration
- "Mark Done" button works — progress bar updates, auto-advances to next block
- Prev/Next buttons navigate between blocks
Test Checklist: Learning (Listen Mode)
Listen Mode lets solopreneurs learn with earbuds while doing other things (chores,
walking, commuting). This is the most important mobile feature to test carefully.
Test with earbuds or headphones!
Listen Mode is designed for hands-free use. Plug in earbuds and try using the
app while your phone is in your pocket.
Basic Playback
- Tap "Listen" in the mode toggle — UI changes to headphone icon + audio bar
- TTS starts narrating the current text block aloud
- Play/pause button works
- Speed buttons (0.75x, 1x, 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x) change narration speed
- After a block finishes, auto-advances to next block (brief pause in between)
Video Blocks
- When a video block is reached, TTS announces it
- Three buttons appear: Watch / Listen Only / Skip
- "Watch" switches to Watch Mode and shows the video
- "Listen Only" plays the video's audio without needing the screen
- "Skip" adds the block to the Revisit list and moves on
Quiz & Interactive Blocks
- TTS announces: "A quiz is next: [topic]. It will be in your Revisit list."
- Auto-skips after the announcement (no interaction needed)
- Block appears in the Revisit section at the bottom
Revisit List
- After skipping 1+ blocks, a "Revisit" section appears at the bottom
- Shows skipped block names with their type (quiz, video, etc.)
- Tapping a revisit item switches to Watch Mode on that block
Lock Screen & Background
- Lock your phone while Listen Mode is playing — audio continues
- Lock screen shows media controls (play/pause, prev/next)
- Lock screen controls work correctly
- Switch to another app — audio continues in the background
- Bluetooth headset/earbud play/pause button works
iOS Note
Lock screen media controls may be limited on iOS compared to Android.
Report what works and what doesn't on your specific device.
Test Checklist: Support
- Support hub shows 4 options: Ask Blossom, Community Q&A, Contact Support, Send Feedback

- Text is readable without zooming (16px+ body text)
- All buttons and tap targets feel comfortable — no mis-taps
- Cards have rounded corners and subtle shadows

- Keyboard doesn't cover the input field you're typing in
- Loading spinner appears while data is loading (not a blank screen)
- Empty states show friendly messages (not errors or blank areas)

Things We Especially Want Feedback On
Beyond bugs, we want your honest opinion on these questions:
- Is the text big enough to read comfortably, or do you find yourself wanting to zoom?
- Does Listen Mode feel natural? Would you actually use it while doing chores?
- When a quiz is auto-skipped in Listen Mode, is the announcement clear enough?
- Is dark mode comfortable for evening use?
- Are there any screens where you're not sure what to do next?
- Does the app feel fast or sluggish?
- Would you install this app to your home screen and use it regularly?
